Nine Key Operating Procedures for Electric Ball Valves in Practical Applications:
1. In monitoring mode, the power indicator, valve open indicator, and valve close indicator flash every 10 seconds to indicate battery level. All three lights flashing once indicates sufficient power; two lights flashing once indicates the battery needs replacing; one light flashing once indicates low battery, and the valve will automatically close after 8 jam. When the battery level is low (two lights flash), the valve will only alarm for 2 minutes and will not operate otherwise. When only one indicator light is flashing (very low battery), the power indicator flashes once per second.
2. In water immersion or low battery conditions, briefly press the valve close button to silence the buzzer. The buzzer will sound again when a new alarm type appears; you can continue to use the valve close button to mute the sound.
3. Press the power button to turn on the power. The circuit will be checked during startup. If a circuit abnormality is detected, an audible alarm will sound, followed by automatic shutdown after 10 seconds.
4. If the circuit is normal and the battery level is normal, the ON/OFF power indicator will remain on. If the battery level is low, the power indicator will flash once per second, and an alarm will sound. After powering on, the valve will automatically move to the CLOSE position. During operation, the CLOSE indicator light flashes briefly once per second. Once in the CLOSE position, the CLOSE indicator light will remain on. Pressing the OPEN button will move the valve to the OPEN position. During operation, the OPEN indicator light will flash briefly per second. Once fully closed, all indicator lights will turn off, and the sensor will enter a low-power detection state.
5. After the water immersion fault is resolved, pressing the OPEN button will open the valve and restore normal operation.
6. Valve opening and closing can be manually operated. Valve opening is not permitted when the battery is low.
7. When the device is powered on, pressing the power button will cause the buzzer to sound once continuously, and the indicator lights to flash briefly before the power is turned off, without performing water immersion detection.
8. To save power in any state, the buzzer will sound for an additional 2 minutes.
9. When replacing the battery, first remove the battery, then press and hold the power button once, and then reinstall it. After detecting water immersion for 1 second, the CLOSE indicator light will flash briefly per second, and the buzzer will also sound briefly. At this time, the valve will begin to close until it reaches the fully closed position. Once fully closed, the CLOSE indicator light will remain on. (If the valve stalls during the closing process, the detector will attempt to move to the open position and then close again. If it fails to close after three attempts or stalls again during the opening process, the valve closing indicator light will flash continuously, and the buzzer will sound, indicating a valve closing failure that requires manual intervention.) Install a new battery.
