Q47F fixed ball valves are used in natural gas, oil products, chemicals, metallurgy, urban construction, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries. The anti-sulfur series products are suitable for long-distance natural gas pipelines with hydrogen sulfide-containing media, many impurities, and severe corrosion. It is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments have been specially considered during design. It is suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared with floating ball valves, when it works, all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is transmitted to the bearing, which will not move the ball toward the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the fixed ball valve has small torque, small valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter occasions. The advanced spring pre-valve seat assembly has self-tightening characteristics to achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow restrictions and is bidirectional.
This valve has two body structures: two-piece and three-piece. The middle flange is connected with bolts. The seal is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene embedded in a stainless steel ring. There is no spring at the rear of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball and maintains sealing. There are no PTFE bearings on the upper and lower valve stems, which reduces friction and saves effort in operation. There is no adjustment piece at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full bore: The flow aperture of the valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline to facilitate pipeline cleaning.

(1) Effortless operation: The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings, which reduces friction and eliminates excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the inlet pressure pushing the ball and the seal seat.
(2) Reliable sealing performance: The PTFE single material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat. A spring is provided at the end of the metal valve seat to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring. When the sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, the valve will continue to ensure good sealing performance under the action of the spring.
(3) Fireproof structure: In order to prevent the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring from burning due to sudden heat or fire, resulting in large leakage and fueling the fire, a fireproof sealing ring is installed between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring burns out, under the action of the spring force, the valve seat sealing ring is quickly pushed onto the ball to form a metal-to-metal seal, which achieves a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of APl6FA and APl607 standards.
(4) Automatic pressure relief function: When the stagnant medium pressure in the middle cavity of the valve rises abnormally and exceeds the pretightening force of the spring, the valve seat retreats away from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After the pressure is relieved, the valve seat automatically resets.
(5) Drainage pipeline: Drainage holes are provided on the upper and lower sides of the valve body to check whether the valve seat is leaking. During operation, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the middle cavity can be removed and the packing can be directly replaced; the residual matter in the middle cavity can be discharged to reduce contamination of the valve by the medium. (6) This valve is designed with an auxiliary valve seat emergency sealing system. Once the seal is damaged or an emergency situation occurs and the seal cannot be sealed, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting corresponding sealant into the sealing surface through the auxiliary sealing system to achieve emergency sealing. When the transported medium is unclean or contains a small amount of particles, in order to protect the sealing surface and ensure reliable sealing, the device can also be injected with corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface.
